Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ClipNList. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Video Generation - No Refunds After Start
Once video generation begins, credits are consumed and cannot be refunded. This is because:
- AI processing costs are incurred immediately when generation starts
- Computational resources are allocated and used during generation
- The video is created specifically for your uploaded images
Please review your images carefully before initiating video generation.
2. When Refunds Are Available
We will provide refunds or credit restoration in the following cases:
- Technical Failures - Video generation fails due to a system error on our end
- Duplicate Charges - You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Service Unavailability - Extended outages prevented you from using credits you purchased
- Quality Issues - Video is significantly corrupted or unusable due to our systems (not input quality)
3. Credit Pack Refunds
For purchased credit packs:
- Unused credits - Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Partially used credits - Prorated refund for unused credits within 14 days
- After 14 days - No refunds for credit purchases
4. Guest Checkout Purchases
For one-time video purchases made without an account (guest checkout), refunds are available only if video generation fails due to technical issues on our end. Successfully generated videos are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@clipnlist.com
- Include your account email or payment email
- Provide the video ID (if applicable) or transaction details
- Describe the issue you experienced
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For credit restorations, credits will be added to your account immediately upon approval.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, please reply to our response with additional information. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
